The Hikvision DS-2DF6A825X-AEL is an 8MP (4K) Ultra HD PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera with a 7.5mm to 187.5mm lens that allows optical zoom up to 25x and rapid auto focus. This camera's premier feature is its outstanding 8MP Ultra High Definition resolution, with the ability to maintain incredible detail over its full range of coverage. Its performance in low light environments is also excellent, being able to record in full colour as low as 0.005 Lux. A range of image enhancing features adds further versatility in challenging conditions and include wide dynamic range (WDR), highlight/back light compensation (HLC/BLC), 3D digital noise reduction technology (3D DNR) and electronic image stabilisation (EIS)
The DS-2DF6A825X-AEL is suitable for external applications in adverse weather conditions with IP67 rated weatherproof housing and IK10 Vandal protection. It is also fitted with a range of cutting edge smart features to further improve security such as Line-Crossing Detection, Intrusion Detection, Face Detection and Auto-Tracking, giving the camera full motorised 3 axis control to follow objects detected in its coverage, with the added ability to identify and analyse targets with it's built in deep-learning based target classification algorithm for perimeter protection.
This PTZ supports up to 300 presets, 8 patrols and 4 pattern scans. It also utilises H.265+ compression which offers a huge saving on bandwidth and storage usage. Impressive compression means reduction in bandwidth requirements and storage costs.
